Our standard size dresses and items can be returnable within 7 days of delivery.
All returnable items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with their tags still attached.
Please note that if you take your dress to a seamstress and decide to return it instead of altering it, the dress must be in original condition. If the dress arrives back and has pins or pin marks, a refund will be rejected.
Customized products and Color swatches are not supported to return;
Dress you ordered with the color which is not the shown dress image color will be set as customized option.
We will offer you part cost of the dress refund (50% - 70%) if there is no quality problem but you are not satisfied with the product or you change your mind. We will take a 15% - 50% restocking fee, which will automatically be deducted from your refund. Please notice we still charge the shipping fee and rush fee(if there is ) under this circumstance even if your order is free shipping order. Please note that Original shipping is non-refundable,it is used.
You will receive full refund(not including shipping cost,it is used and non-refundable)if the issue is caused by seller.
For the issue which is not caused by seller (e.g fit issue but we send the correct size; dislike the color, etc.), buyer covers the restocking fee and return shipping cost.
1. Contact us to submit a return request within 7 days upon receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.
We reserve the right not to accept the returns without prior approval from our Customer Service.
2. Once our Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide you with a return address as well as a Product Return Form that must be filled in and included with your return. Please send the item(s) through your local post office within 3-7 business days upon receiving the return form. Please keep the tracking number safe.
3. All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 3-7 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge.
We reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition.
Due to COVID19, most shipping carriers may delay. This delay is out of our control. We are not responsible for this delay. We suggest you buy much earlier before your event date.
